About these terms
These terms govern use of this website. Freight forwarding services themselves are provided under a separate written agreement and, where applicable, under standard trading conditions supplied with our quotation.
Quotations
Rates quoted are valid only for the period stated and are subject to space and equipment availability, correct cargo description, and any surcharge changes imposed by carriers or authorities. A quotation is not a booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
You warrant that cargo descriptions, weights, dimensions and classifications supplied to us are accurate and complete, that the goods are lawful to export and import, and that dangerous goods have been declared. Inaccurate declarations may result in penalties, delays and additional charges for which you remain responsible.
Liability
We act as a freight forwarder. Liability is limited in accordance with the applicable standard trading conditions and international conventions governing the mode of carriage. Carrier liability is not cargo insurance, and we recommend arranging all-risk cover for every shipment.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
