Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide freight services, meet legal and customs obligations, and keep records required by Indian law. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

To move a shipment we necessarily share relevant details with carriers, overseas agents, customs authorities, insurers and transport providers. We share only what the movement requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for two years. Shipment and customs records are retained for the period required by Indian customs and tax law, which is generally five years.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to retain it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
